“The bar tender and the cook were busy playing pool when we arrived. I guess they entered the Sunday evening tournament. We only got one round of drinks because the bar tender only came to check on us as we were leaving. Literally walking towards the door. The cook forgot about our food order. He ran past us about 30 minutes after I placed the order. Then came back with our food about 10-12 minutes later. I asked if he forgot about our order. He said,"no not at all." So I guess it's normal to take 40 minutes to make 12 boneless wings. When all he had were 2 orders. Our wings were also over cooked. Fayth and the other cook are much better for your business. The more you people check on the guests the more likely they will spend. Fayth usually gets us for about 3 rounds of drinks and a couple of meals. The bathrooms needed attention too but with all employees playing pool and drinking why wouldn't they.”
